We released a number of updates that we think will significantly improve your experience in Confident. Take a look!
Improved
- Updated Clients Tab- We’ve improved navigation in the Clients tab, making it easier to flip through your clients and place orders! You’ll also notice that client names are now hyperlinked throughout the app. Clicking one will take you straight to the client's detail page. From this page, you can see a unique Client ID, search through orders & update paid statuses. This updated layout is also more scalable, paving the way for future enhancements!
- Searchable Logs- The Order & Sample Logs are now more scannable & searchable.
- Array Importer Updates- We've updated the Array Importer to function similarly to file uploads. Now, upon importing, we will apply the data in real-time.
- Due Dates on Orders Table- Labs can now view and update due dates from the Orders Table.
- Compliance Tags on Order Form- We now clearly indicate which test packages are for Compliance on the Order form and allow you or your clients to search through the list easily when placing orders.
Fixed
- Barcode Scanning in Filters: When using a barcode scanner to add multiple sample IDs into the sample filter, the second scan-in would override the first. The sample filter has been fixed to now support multiple barcode “scan ins” of sample IDs.
