Labs need to have access in the settings section to edit default footnotes for each test category as displayed on the COA and to edit default selections from drop-down menus. Labs can already edit the footnote and select other options from these menus, but being unable to change the defaults as needed forces any changes that have to be done to be repeated, sample by sample. Adding this ability would save considerable time for both labs and Confident personnel when permanent or semi-permanent change needs arise due to instrument, regulatory, or method changes, personnel changes, etc.

Not all information that labs choose to add to their client COAs are available through the API. One example is custom total calculations; there are multiple places that labs store custom total cannabinoid sums on the COA, e.g. in statistics boxes and tables. Making all COA fields available through the API, including the labs' custom fields, is useful to integrators because many of their customers (our lab clients) have this data on their COAs and they want to use that information in other tools to create labels, analyze their test data and so on.

As the Wholesale market increases - we are finding more and more instances of waiting for COA's to be sent from the seller in order to be able to create our own Wholesale Lab Labels for sell. Being able to view another dispensaries COA's would be SO helpful!

Most of the time, I don't need 30 of the same labels. I need 10 labels of this and 10 of that. The rest of the labels are then wasted because I can't print to that specific square.

Add tertiary_report_units and quaternary_report_units to the API. SHIL requested and need it for their reports in order to satisfy client names.

To help integrators with signing, we could add a GET signing test endpoint. The reason why it is POST now is because then there is a body which affects the result of the signature. We could probably also return an error when signing fails on that specific endpoint that tells them what the signature was meant to be.

Hi Folks, Currently when a lab has to work on any sample on an order that has been completed and passed all the samples go back to "in progress" and samples that have passed testing now show in progress again. Can we split that up so passed samples that do not need a name change or something simple do not go back to "in progress" those results are public and published so when an order causes other samples to revert to "in progress" customers think the products they are buying are untested.

It would be very useful if API could be used to create client profiles in Confident Cannabis from preexisting systems.

It would be useful to be able to post and retrieve relevant external urls to samples in Confident. Ideally, it would be possible for integrators to post several external urls to a single sample in Confident.

issues during last update where the sample type (i.e. flower-cured. popcorn. trim.) reverts back to the original flower-cured type instead of the last used type. when i enter a sample that is popcorn bud the very next sample i try and create says popcorn but gets submitted as flower-cured.
